Is that the next domino to fall?

The Toronto Maple Leafs have already made a major change in the direction of their franchise this afternoon, parting ways with general manager Kyle Dubas after he spent five seasons on the job with varying levels of success.
Thanks to some key acquisitions that Dubas made this NHL Trade Deadline that included 2019 Conn Smythe Trophy winner Ryan O'Reilly, the Leafs were able to exercise some postseason demons and advance past Round 1 for the first time since 2004. However, they would soon be bounced by the Florida Panthers in a quick five game series in Round 2.
The news was announced today that Dubas and the Leafs would not be continuing their relationship, meaning that there will soon be a new general manager coming aboard. In the meantime, the future of head coach Sheldon Keefe remains up in the air.
According to team president Brendan Shanahan, it sounds as though Keefe's fate will be decided after the new GM is hired.
Since being promoted to the position of head coach after the termination of Mike Babcock in November of 2019, Keefe has amassed a regular season record of 166-71-30.
