Breaking: MONSTER development in the Quebec Nordiques saga.
Another hockey team back on it's way to Canada?
HockeyFeed
We have an absolutely blockbuster report to bring you.
According to a report from Marie Jocelle Cauvier, Quebecor, the company behind the bid to bring the National Hockey League to Quebec City, has just liquidated $600 million dollars in US currency.
The timing of this, coming the day after the Carolina Hurricanes have been eliminated from playoff contention, is spectacularly suspicious and becomes even more so when you consider the rumors of a sale that have surrounded the Hurricanes organization this summer.
This is not an official confirmation to suggest that the Quebec Nordiques will be back in the NHL sooner rather than later, but speculation would certainly lead us to believe that it may very well be the case sooner rather than later.
