Breaking: Major changes to Caps lineup
An important player returns to the lineup!

The Washington Capitals will likely get a key depth player back in the lineup for Sunday's tilt against the Edmonton Oilers.
Connolly has been out since October 26th when he suffered an upper-body injury against the Vancouver Canucks. He underwent the concussion protocol and has missed the team's subsequent 7 games.
The former 6th overall pick had a career year in 2016-17, putting up 15 goals in 66 games. He only has 1 goal and an assist in 10 games this season, but the hope is he can provide similar production as last year's in a depth role.
Liam O'Brien was sent down to the Hershey Bears today in anticipation of Connolly's return to the lineup.
