He's back playing in his hometown, and he's being rewarded for his accomplishments so far nearly halfway through the 2023-24 NHL season by being sent to his second career All-Star game.

Detroit Red Wings forward Alex DeBrincat is Detroit's representative for the 2024 All-Star game, which will be held early next month in Toronto at Scotiabank Arena, the home of the Toronto Maple Leafs. This also marks the 2nd time that the venue has held the event, while Little Caesars Arena in Detroit is still awaiting their 1st All-Star game or NHL Draft.

DeBrincat has arrived in Toronto, and as he signed autographs for fans, he was joined by a special guest - his young son Archie: 

Perhaps in two decades, we'll see a young Archie DeBrincat playing in an NHL All-Star game!
