There have been a lot of reports even since it was announced on Tuesday night that a public vote went against a proposed Tempe Sports and Entertainment district that would have kept the Arizona Coyotes in the East Valley city. While deputy commissioner Bill Daly has confirmed that the Coyotes will remain at the 4,600-seat Mullett Arena on the Arizona State University campus for the 2023–24 season, the possibility of a relocation appears greater than before.
This prompted the Hooked On Hockey Magazine to post the list of 12 possible cities ready to host an NHL franchise in the event that the league finally decides to stop resuscitating the Coyotes.
Houston
Salt Lake City
Sacramento
San Diego
Milwaukee
Oklahoma City
Atlanta
Portland
Kansas City
Quebec
Hamilton
Halifax
Where do you think the Coyotes might end up in the what could be the near future?
