We now know the origin story of a suspected Edmonton Oilers fan who went viral in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final.
You may remember an Oilers fan cheering loudly for the Florida Panthers when they opened the scoring in Game 3 at Rogers Place in Edmonton.

Personally, I just assumed that alcohol was involved and that this poor woman didn't know exactly who scored...
Think again!
According to multiple online accounts, the woman is actually a Panthers fan but she was gifted tickets to Game 3 from her sister on one condition, "you have to wear an Oilers sweater."

Not gonna lie... I would do a lot of things for free Stanley Cup Final tickets. Not sure I'd wear the orange and blue though and cheer loudly for the Panthers in Edmonton though! This lady's got guts!
