A solid deal for the veteran forward.
This just in, free agent forward Tomas Tatar is re-joining the New Jersey Devils after signing a one year, $1.8 million deal with the team today.
From NHL insider Chris Johnston:

He, of course, spent two seasons with the Devils from 2021-2023, putting up 20 goals and 48 points in 82 games with the Devils in 2022-23. In total he has produced 220 goals and 479 points in 853 games split between the Detroit Red Wings, Vegas Golden Knights, Montreal Canadiens, Devils, Avalanche and Kraken.
