The Detroit Lions are enjoying some unprecedented success, having won a playoff game for the very first time since early 1992 and setting up another home game this weekend.
And while the Lions will be taking on the Tampa Bay Bucs, the Red Wings will be taking on the Tampa Bay Lightning a short distance away at Little Caesars Arena.
And in order to accommodate the heavy traffic that will descend upon downtown, the NHL has announced a schedule change. The Red Wings will face Tampa Bay at 7:00 PM EST now instead of the originally scheduled 5:00 PM.
