Penguins fan shamed and humiliated after trying to steal from a kid and it's all caught on camera!
A Pittsburgh Penguins fan has been shamed and humiliated by his fellow fans and by the sound of things it does seem as though he may have been asking for it.
On Sunday night, a video began making the rounds on social media showing an older man in a powder blue Penguins jersey being loudly booed by members of the crowd, the majority of whom are also wearing Penguins colors, before promptly being escorted out of the venue by security.
The man argues briefly with security before beginning to leave up the steps, which prompts a loud chorus of cheers from the crowd who clearly felt this guy deserved to get tossed. The man in question responds to the cheers in hilarious fashion, flipping off the crowd in anger, which of course only results in more cheers and laughter from the crowd at his expense.
First here's a look at the video of the incident:
So what happened to cause all this? Well according to some eyewitness accounts that have begun popping up on social media, it sounds like this guy stole a puck from a young kid before flipping off the crowd around him that objected to the theft and according to that same witness he even flipped off the kid as well in the process.
It remains to be seen if those accusations are true or not, but it certainly seems like the crowd was united against him so I'm sure that something happened to pit all those fans against him.
