In case you missed it last night, the Winnipeg Jets and Columbus Blue Jackets got a little feisty last night in a 3-0 Blue Jackets shutout win.
Blue Jackets forward Max Domi earned himself a $5,000 fine from NHL Player Safety for unsportsmanlike conduct for essentially inciting a riot last night.

Not to be outdone though, Morrissey also earned himself a $5,000 fine for a nasty slash on Blue Jackets forward Alexandre Texier.

While Domi's sucker punch was bad, this slash from Morrissey is just totally uncalled for. The game is over, bud. Take a number and get off the ice. You don't swing your stick like you're teeing off a drive on a long Par 4. That's bush league.
