The Christmas holidays are right around the corner and that means that many people around the world are getting into the festive spirit. That group no doubt includes a significant group of players in the National Hockey League and you can bet that both forward Ryan Reaves and forward Kirill Kaprizov of the Minnesota Wild can be counted among them.
On Saturday the Minnesota Wild shared a hilarious video on their social media that show the two men palling around in a pair of Christmas themed outfits, with Reaves dressed up as Santa Clause and Kaprizov dressed as one of Santa's helper elves.
When Reaves was asked about his outfit he revealed, jokingly, that it was designed by Gucci, while adding that Kaprizov's outfit was a Louis Vuitton original.
When he was asked about how this all came together, Kaprizov revealed that he had received a call from Reaves asking him if he would be willing to play the role.
"Yeah why not. Let’s go," said Kaprizov when asked about dressing like an elf.
Asked if he would wear it again, Kaprizov didn't rule out the possibility.
"Maybe next year," said Kaprizov.
The Wild also got a great shot of the pair together as they walked down a hallway with Christmas lights lightning the way, and you can check that out just below.
