Jeff Skinner rebounds and joins the Western Conference
His playoff drought is almost certainly ending now!
Veteran NHL forward Jeff Skinner has played over 1,000 regular season games without a single appearance in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, but the will almost certainly change by the time the calendar turns to April of 2025.
Not long after having the remainder of his contract bought out by the Buffalo Sabres, he's agreed to a one-year contract worth a reported $3 million with the Edmonton Oilers, who came within one victory of their first Stanley Cup championship since 1990 exactly one week ago.
