Jack Hughes and Sebastian Aho clash in Game 3!
Two players not known for their physical game get hot under the color and give each other a piece of their minds.
And to think Jack Hughes has been nominated for the Lady Byng this season!
On Sunday afternoon, two players that are not at all known for their physical game decided to get into with one another during Game 3 between the Carolina Hurricanes and the New Jersey Devils.
Hurricanes forward Sebastian Aho and Devils forward Jack Hughes have been going back and forth through this series and on Sunday things finally boiled over as both men took liberties with one another. Hughes and Aho were exchanging a series of cheap shots in the form of chops and crosschecks, but that eventually led to tempers flaring and a confrontation between the two men.
This wasn't anything that could be called a fight though and was more of a wrestling match, which is about what you would expect with these two involved. This series is far from over though, so perhaps we will see this individual rivalry revisited later in this series.
