Insider proposes blockbuster 3 player trade between Bruins and Canucks.

There have been rumblings of a big trade between the Vancouver Canucks and Boston Bruins for several days now with many pundits believing that Canucks pending unrestricted free agent forward Bo Horvat could soon find himself traded to a Bruins team that is looking like a serious contender.
Those are of course just rumors at this time but now a National Hockey League insider has thrown his name into the mix by proposing what would be a truly blockbuster trade between the two franchises. Piggybacking off a rumor that has circulated over the last week suggesting that Bruins defenseman Brandon Carlo could be a part of the trade, Seravalli recently proposed a third player be added into the mix in order to help the deal make more sense for the Bruins.
From Seravalli:
If the Bruins are indeed in on Bo Horvat, as expected, and Brandon Carlo is going the other way – then the Bruins would do well to add Schenn to their back-end and pair him up with a mobile puck mover like Matt Grzelcyk on the third pair.
While this would no doubt cause the Canucks to increase their asking price when it comes to a return, the addition of Schenn would make a ton of sense here. Carlo is the Bruins' second most established defenseman on the right side, behind only Charlie McAvoy, and losing him on the blue line would leave a significant hole to fill for the Bruins. Schenn, who also shoots right, would be a good replacement both in terms of his ability on the ice as well as due to his experience as a multiple time Stanley Cup winner in the past.
Of course there are real questions to be asked about whether or not the Bruins are even willing to entertain a trade involving Carlo given how well their season is progressing but, if they want to add a guy who currently has 31 goals and 23 assists for a total of 54 points in just 49 games this season, acquiring Canucks' captain Bo Horvat won't come cheap.
