Dueling hat tricks from Artemi Panarin and Brad Marchand

Home fans love to see their favorite players light the lamp, especially when it means they get to legally throw a hat onto the ice surface after said player tallies a hat trick.
Both Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand and New York Rangers star Artemi Panarin gave their respective home fan bases to do just that tonight, as they each scored three goals as part of their team’s victory on home ice.
Marchand did so in especially dramatic fashion, getting the natural hatty in just under six minutes in the third period against the Columbus Blue Jackets at TD Garden:
Meanwhile, Panarin notched a hat trick of his own at Madison Square Garden as part of a win over the San Jose Sharks, the fifth of his career:
