Chris Kreider goes for lacrosse-style goal, gets embarrassed by Brent Burns
Burns looks at him like a disappointed father!

It's safe to say at this point that Chris Kreider isn't going to replicate his 52 goal campaign from a year ago.
The New York Rangers' forward has a respectable 17 goals in 38 games so far this season and will be lucky to hit the 40 goal plateau, much less the 50 goal plateau this season. The thing is... there's no shame in being a 40 goal scorer in the NHL. It's mighty impressive these days.
Unfortunately for the Rangers though, as Kreider goes so too do they. The team has faltered this season and they look nothing like the Stanley Cup contender that they looked like last season.
In maybe the perfect example of how things have gone for the Blueshirts this season, Kreider got absolutely shut out by Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Brent Burns this evening while attempting an ill-advised "Michigan" lacrosse-style goal.
