Charles Barkley gets FIRED UP promoting the Stanley Cup Playoffs
Barkley himself is better at promoting hockey than the entire NHL's marketing department.

Look, I've made it very clear on this website how much I love what TNT has done in their first season as NHL broadcasters.
The TNT panel is refreshing, especially when compared to the stodgy opinions on Sportsnet and CBC. And well... the less said about ESPN, the better. Frankly, ESPN doesn't come anywhere close to Sportsnet or TNT.
So you can imagine my disdain this evening when I discovered that Game 4 of the Western Conference Final would be broadcast on ESPN in the United States, not TNT. Still... I pop TNT on the tube just to see what's on and low and behold I find NBA legend and TNT broadcaster Charles Barkley hyping up the Stanley Cup Playoffs better than the NHL or ESPN ever could.

I'll forgive his wild pronunciation of Sergei Bobrovsky's name because the guy just has so much passion for the game we all know and love.
