Canucks act quickly as alleged Jake DeBrusk stalker tries to get into arena
These posts are disturbing. DeBrusk and his girlfriend have a restraining order against the young woman.
The Vancouver Canucks reportedly denied entry to an alleged stalker at an away game against the Seattle Kraken earlier this month after the team flagged her ticket purchase.
A Boston woman named Jan Taylor has been arrested before for harrassing DeBrusk and his girlfriend Mia Voyatzis in the past and now, by her own admission, was denied entry to Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena for the Canucks' game on January 2nd.
Yikes...
And if you think that's delusional just look at some of her posts from earlier this season:
Yeesh... how delusional can you be?
I sincerely hope this woman gets the help that she needs and that, conversely, the Canucks provide DeBrusk and his family with the protection that they need.
Read below for our earlier report on the Canucks with an update on trade rumors concerning Elias Pettersson and JT Miller.
According to a report from TSN NHL insider the Vancouver Canucks have determined that if one of forwards JT Miller or Elias Pettersson has to be removed from their team via trade, it'll be Miller who walks the plank.
“There’s a sense league-wide that J.T. Miller is the more likely to be moved,” said Johnston on TSN's Insider Trading.
Johnston would go on to explain that a lot of movement around the league is hinging on the Canucks and what they do with Miller.
“We might not see much action otherwise league-wide until something happens here with Vancouver because this is such a big domino that’s out there,” continued Johnston.
All of this stems from, of course, an apparent falling out between Miller and Pettersson. The pair reportedly cannot co-exist on the team and their relationship soured so badly that Miller had to take a leave of absence from the team earlier this season.
