Montreal Canadiens' head coach Claude Julien announced an important lineup change just a couple of hours before the start of the game against the San Jose Sharks. He confirmed that Nicolas Deslauriers will be back in the lineup, and that Byron Froese will be a healthy scratch.
Deslauriers was awarded the Molson Cup today, even though he was scratched on December 30, against the Florida Panthers.
The Habs have recorded 16 wins, 19 losses and 4 overtime losses. They are currently ranked sixth in the Atlantic Division, 12 points behind the Toronto Maple Leafs and the third position. The Sharks have a much better record: 20-12-4, good for the third position in the Pacific division.
