Looks like the boys are in good spirits.

It can be tough to be on a losing team in the National Hockey League and that is especially true if you're a team that is located north of the border that separates the United States of America and Canada. One such team is the Ottawa Senators and on Saturday night they suffered yet another loss, this time at the hands of long time rivals the Toronto Maple Leafs.

No doubt this was a particularly tough loss for the Senators for a number of reasons. For one the team is currently dealing with the passing of long time team owner Eugene Melnyk, something that has cast a dark cloud over the final games of the Senators calendar this season. Their rivalry with the Leafs will also have made this a game they would have wanted to win, especially with the Leafs now destined for the Stanley Cup playoffs and the Senators destined for the golf course. In spite of a valiant effort, the Senators would force overtime after scoring 4 goals in regulation, the Sens would eventually falter in overtime losing by a score of 5 - 4 thanks to Maple Leafs defenseman Mark Giordano scoring just his 2nd goal in a Leafs uniform.

So how does one drown out the noise and the fallout that come off the back of such a loss? It seems Ottawa Senators captain Brady Tkachuk may have found the answer to that question.

Following the game Tkachuk alongside some of his fellow Senators teammates, most notably Josh Norris, were recorded having a pretty good time all things considered. The Senators captain and Norris could be seen, with beers in hand, belting out some karaoke at bar with smiles on their faces, making the best of what is obviously a less than ideal situation.

The video was reportedly shot at the Heart and Crown Irish Pub and although the clip is relatively short, you can make out without a doubt that it is "Mr. Brightside" by The Killers that the duo of Senators is currently performing for the crowd.
