Bomb threat sent to Radko Gudas' home after Game 2.

The physical Florida Panthers defenseman was on the receiving end of death threats after his team won Game 2 this weekend.

I have a shocking story to report, one in which I hope the perpetrator(s) is brought to justice.

Over the weekend veteran National Hockey League defenseman Radko Gudas and his Florida Panthers defeated the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference final, taking a 2-0 lead in the series. Shortly following the conclusion of that game, Gudas would be the victim of a disgusting act as an enraged fan would publicly dox him and threaten his life.

I hesitate to call this man a Hurricanes fan in spite of the fact that his Twitter handle "@canesplswin" would suggest that he is just that. The fan published a pair of photos that together make an unmistakable threat, the first a photo of information that included Gudas' home address and the second a photo of what appears to be a home-made explosive device.

For obvious reasons I have blacked out all personal information:

This is an extremely serious matter and hopefully law enforcement can quickly bring this issue to a resolution, especially for Gudas' own piece of mind. The person, or persons, responsible for this disgusting act have since deleted their tweet, but thankfully evidence of the threats was captured before they managed to do so.
