The former teammates share a moment.

The National Hockey League's All-Star Game is just a glorified exhibition game at the end of the day but, in spite of a lackluster skills competition on Friday, we still managed to get a few special moments out of this year's All-Star Game.

One of those moments had to be the one shared between Vancouver Canucks star forward Elias Pettersson and newly minted New York Islanders forward Bo Horvat. The two men were of course long time teammates as members of the Vancouver Canucks and it proved to be a special moment when they were reunited on the ice for the All-Star Game.

Horvat was mic'd up during the game so we were also able to catch snippets of their conversations on the ice, including both men vowing to do it "one last time" by combining for a goal together before the game had got underway.

They would keep their promise to one another, combing for a goal, and thanks to Horvat's mic we were also able to drop in on the moment of brotherly love shared between two longtime teammates.
