There appears to be some big news bubbling up to the surface in Nashville, but as of right now it is still too early to declare anything official.

News began to emerge of a potential lineup change for the Canucks ahead of Game 4 on Sunday when Canucks reporter Jeff Paterson reported comments from Canucks head coach Rick Tocchet that certainly seemed to suggest there would be a shake up to his lineup later today.

Paterson at the time did not provide any additional details regarding the potential roster swap, however Canucks insider Rick Dhaliwal has chimed in with some additional information of his own and it doesn't sound good. According to Dhaliwal the change to the lineup may be related, which would suggest that backup Casey DeSmith may have been injured.

You may be thinking that this could signal the return of Thatcher Demko, but that appears to be much too soon and Dhaliwal confirmed that Demko is not ready to re-enter the lineup.

Stay tuned for more details on this rapidly developing story.
