A very rough start on Thursday for the Bruins rookie camp.
Considering the Bruins are a team that's currently retooling having lost players like Dougie Hamilton, Milan Lucic and Johnny Boychuk all in the course of a single season the performance of their up and coming players will have a profound impact on their future.
The Bruins however got off to a bad start when all three of their first round pikcs Jakub Zboril, Jake DeBrusk and Zach Senyshyn all failed the condition test of the first day of rookie camp. While this may not seem like a big deal, it's the second time this summer these three young men have failed to complete the test and is certainly not the kind of start the Bruins were looking for.
General manager Don Sweeney is going to be held accountable for all the moves he makes, many of which were not popular among Bruins fans this summer, if the Bruins continue to trend downwards it could be a short tenure for the new Bruins GM.
