Greg Pateryn hasn't been on the ice lately, and that may be getting to him.
The Montreal Canadiens' defenseman has been a healthy scratch as of late, and has been replaced by newcomer Nikita Nesterov.
The situation seems to be getting on his wife's nerves, as Stefani Pateryn retweeted a message that indicates her displeasure at her husband's playing time.
She retweeted a message that went as follows:
"If I was Pateryn I would ask for a trade before March 1st, he has no respect while Nestrov is playing awful."
After the retweet, Stefani appeared to delete her Twitter account and the message inaccessible. This could be a reflection of how Greg feels regarding the situation and may ask Habs' GM Marc Bergevin for a trade if his playing time doesn't increase.
In any case, his wife pretty much did the deed for him at this point.
